In the immediate vicinity there are many cafes located, which are inviting you to a cozy breakfast as well as the pedestrian area invites you to amble and shop. At the supermarket across the street you will find everything you need to accomodate yourself. The numerous places of historic interest of the more than two thousand years old Speyer are easily approachable by little walks. Another opportunity for you would be to join the City Shuttle which was copied some times from other cities. It runs in ten-minutes-cycles from the main and bus station through the pedestrian area via Dom, Historisches Museum der Pfalz, Technik Museum to the Bademaxx an in- and outdoor swimming bath with Sauna. And now the best: the ticket costs only one Euro and ist is valid for a full day – no matter how often and in in which direction you will hitch and ride. And another candy: You will find the shuttle-stop just around the corner.

Unser Haus befindet sich am Ortsrand von Harthausen (ca.6 km von Speyer) in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Unser Anwesen bringt sie sofort durch die mediterrane Bauweise in Urlaubsstimmung.

Herzlich Willkommen ! Das ist mein Motto für die neu entstandene Ferienwohnung "Finkenschlag". Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoß unseres Hauses und bietet einen beruhigenden Blick in unseren Garten und in den direkt anschließenden Wald.  Alles ist großzügig und offen gestaltet, allein der gemütliche Wohn-und Eßbereich lädt zum Verweilen und Wohlfühlen ein.  Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei große Loggien nach Süden und Westen und  beide mit schönem Gartenmöbel ausgestattet. Genießen Sie ihr Frühstück oder ihren Dämmerschoppen im Freien. Die Küche ist komplett mit Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd, Geschirrspülmaschine und allem was man zur Selbstverpflegung braucht, ausgestattet. In dieser Ferienwohnung bekommen sie bestimmt keine Platzangst.

Die Wohnungen befinden sich in einem neu renovierten Zweifamilienhaus, am Rande der Innenstadt von Speyer.Die Wohnungen selbst wurden 2015 und 2017 frisch renoviert und neu eingerichtet.  Sie bietet Platz für maximal drei Personen und ist ab diesem Datum frisch renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet. So bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit für eine größere Familie/Gruppe, oder zwei Familien. Seit dem 01.08.17 besteht eine weitere Wohnung (Petit soleil) in diesem Haus.

Herzlich willkommen im Appartement Elisabeth. Das Haus verfügt über eine Paterre,ein 1. und 2.OG. Sie wohnen im 2. Obergeschoss, Getränke werden zum Empfang serviert (1 Flasche Sekt, 1 Flasche Orangensaft, 1 Flasche Mineralwasser und etwas Gebäck).Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde dieses 80 m² große Appartement eingerichtet und zeichnet sich durch eine moderne, mediterrane Ausstattung und ein sehr gepflegtes, schönes Wohnambiente aus. Die komfortable Ausstattung ist selbstverständlich. Wohlfühlen pur ist hier das Motto, verbunden mit Ruhe und zuvorkommender Gastlichkeit.Sie wohnen am Stadtrand der Kaiserstadt Speyer mit Blick auf den Dom, jedoch so zentral, dass sie das Zentrum in 15 Gehminuten erreichen. Busverbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sie in unmittelbarer Nähe.Attraktive Sehenswürdigkeiten u.a. den Kaiserdom, das historische Museum der Pfalz, das Altpörtel und die Via Triumphalis, um nur einige zu nennen, warten auf sie. Außerdem gibt es vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Pfalz, bekannt als hervorragendes Weinland, und ins nahe gelegene Elsass.

General information about the house "Apartments Christ" The newly renovated apartments are located in a central location in the heart of Speyer. You are just 5 minutes away from downtown and the idyllic shopping mile with a beautiful view of the cathedral and very cozy café´s and restaurants. Attractions such as the cathedral, art museum, Jewish bath, Sea Life, Bade Max, the beach bar on Rhein-Beach are also easily accessible on foot. In front of the house you have a bike path which you can combine with great destinations in the area, such as the Wine Route, the Wine Gate, Schwetzingen's palace gardens, the castle of Heidelberg, Worms and Mannheim. A bus stop with connection to the railway station is located around 100m away. For travel by car, they also have an excellent connection to the motorway and trunk road. Interesting destinations for this are the Hockenheimring 10min, the SAP Arena in Mannheim 20min, Saline Bad Durkheim 30min.
